
The Fort Campbell Falcons are not headed into the postseason the way they would like to be. The Falcons had 8 errors Thursday night as they dropped their 7th straight game in a 10-0 five-inning loss at home to Crittenden County.
Rockets’ pitcher Hudson Stokes held the Falcons to just three hits over the five innings in picking up the win.
Crittenden County plated two runs in the top of the first to take a lead they would not surrender. The Rockets added four more runs in the second, two in the third, and then closed out their scoring with two runs in the top of the fifth.
For the game, the Rockets outhit the Falcons 7 to 3.
Michael Anderson, Colton Ramos, and Jonathan Santana had one hit each for Fort Campbell.
The eight Falcon errors allowed the Rockets to score three unearned runs in the contest.
Fort Campbell closes out the season with a record of 3-18.
