Heritage Christian’s Madison Warren announced Monday afternoon that she had committed to play college softball for the Brescia University Bearcats of the River States Conference.
Warren is a senior at HCA this season, and has been one of the stars of the team. She is hitting .644 with 29 hits and 28 runs batted in, all three of which lead the team. She has also had nine games with multiple hits so far this season.
The Bearcats are 11-27 this past season, and were 10-22 in conference play. Warren will be looking to help them turn it around and have their first winning season since the 2014-15 season.
She will be officially signing Wednesday, May 21, at 3:15 p.m. at HCA.
