The 2nd Region baseball coaches have announced their postseason awards winners for the 2025 season. The honorees were announced over the weekend.
This year’s award winners were:
Coach of the Year
– Ricky Baker – Lyon County
Assistant Coach of the Year
– Chris Yancy – Lyon County
Player of the Year
– Korben Lucas – Lyon County
Additionally, 2nd Region players were selected to play in the annual East/West All-Stars event. Those selected are:
East/West Sophomores
– Aiden Jones – UHA
– Ryder Sandidge – Madisonville-North Hopkins
– Ari Wells (Alternate) – Caldwell County
– Bentley Reynolds (Alternate) – Trigg County
– Weston King(Alternate) – Caldwell County
East/West Juniors
– Channing Puckett – Caldwell County
– Gaige Brasher – Hopkins County Central
– Andrew Mayes (Alternate) – Hopkinsville
– Evan Lear (Alternate) – Madisonville-North Hopkins
– Josh Pace (Alternate) – UHA
