Lady Falcons’ 1600-Meter Relay Team Medals at State

Fort Campbell had one team visit the medal podium at Thursday’s Class 1A Girls State Track and Field Meet at the University of Kentucky.

The 1600-meter relay team of Alexa Aubuchon, Zyaziah Langley, Kendal Bradley, and Aryel Schaired closed out the day with a podium finish, placing seventh with a season-best time of 4:23.27.

The 800-meter relay team of Alexa Aubuchon, Zyaziah Langley, A’Mari Grimsley, and Aryel Schaired finished in 11^th place in a season-best 1:51.92.

A’Mari Grimsley finished in 16^th place in the 100-meter hurdles in 17:47.

Elisee Nguimbi was 22^nd in the pole vault at 6-6.

As a team, Fort Campbell finished in 34^th place with two points.
