
Matt Wilder was introduced Friday as the new athletic administrator at Hopkins County Central High School.
Wilder has served the last two years as athletic administrator at Lyon County and spent the previous four seasons in that same position at Trigg County.
Wilder also has over 20-plus years of coaching experience.
As a coach, he has been a part of multiple district championship teams.
As an athletic administrator, he has been a part of a KHSAA Boys’ Sweet 16 Basketball Championship, All A Baseball State Championship, All A State Boys’ Basketball Runner-Up and 2nd Region Baseball Championship.
Wilder was introduced in a ceremony Friday in the HCCHS auditorium that also included new boys’ basketball head coach Chris Sullivan.
Wilder lives in Hopkinsville with his wife Lara. They have two daughters, Ashlee and Alex.
