Trashaun Smith became the first Madisonville-North Hopkins athlete to win state championships in two events at last year’s Class 3A State Meet. After breaking a 39-year-old triple jump meet record at region, Smith discussed his jumps and goals for Saturday’s state meet in Lexington.
