The Indiana Junior All-Stars hit the Kentucky Junior All-Stars with a big first half and then cruised on out to a 119-108 win Sunday afternoon at Charlestown High School.
Indiana jumped out to a big 66-45 lead at the half and then turned back a late charge from the Kentuckians. The Kentucky team would get the lead to inside double digits in the final two minutes of the game but that was as close as they could get.
University Heights Academy senior Tylin George gave the Kentucky Junior All-Stars another solid effort. In just under 16 minutes of playing time, George finished with 8 points, 8 rebounds, and two assists.
Kentucky was led by Demarcus Surratt with 27 points, while Jeremiah Jackson added 22.
