After going 2-1 Friday during pool play at the Best of the West, the Madisonville-North Hopkins Maroons opened bracket play Saturday morning taking on Clarksville High School. The Maroons’ offense, which had been rolling for most of the day Friday, had some troubles finding its stride against the Wildcats.
Clarksville controlled the flow for most of the game and took a 28-16 win over the Maroons, dropping them into the loser’s bracket for the tournament.
