Christian County pitcher Eddie Davis is one of three baseball players from the Second Region taking part in the 2025 Prep Baseball Future Games this week in Georgia.
Team Kentucky will play three games until Saturday at LakePoint Sports in Emerson, Georgia.
The Prep Baseball Future Games bills itself as the premier summer scouting event for Class of 2027 prospects. Last year’s event drew more than 425 college coaches from across the country.
Also playing for team Kentucky are University Heights Academy’s A.J. Hogart and Caldwell County’s Ari Wells, who homered in Thursday’s game.
Davis was 5-2 for the Colonels in the spring with a 2.23 ERA. He struck out 57 batters in 37 innings and allowed just 16 hits in 11 games.
