University Heights Academy’s A.J. Hogart is one of three baseball players from the Second Region taking part in the 2025 Prep Baseball Future Games this week in Georgia.
Team Kentucky will play three games until Saturday at LakePoint Sports in Emerson, Georgia.
The Prep Baseball Future Games bills itself as the premier summer scouting event for Class of 2027 prospects. Last year’s event drew more than 425 college coaches from across the country.
Hogart had a pair of doubles in Team Kentucky’s 11-9 loss to Kansas. Kentucky will play Michigan on Friday and Ohio on Saturday. Also playing for team Kentucky are Christian County’s Eddie Davis and Caldwell County’s Ari Wells, who homered in Thursday’s game.
On Wednesday, all position players underwent a showcase workout.
