The Madisonville-North Hopkins Maroons capped off a busy week on the golf course Saturday with another Top Five finish. The Maroons were on the road competing in the Hancock County Invitational.
Jake Witherspoon led the Maroons with a round of 74. That tied him for third place on the day. Johnny Brown, of Bowling Green, took 1st place on the day with a round of 70.
Max Clayton was just two shots back with a 76.
Teamwise, the Maroons took home a 3rd place finish with a score of 311.
