There is a change in leadership within the athletic department at Fort Campbell High School. Bambi Caldwell, who had served as athletic director for the school for two years, announced over the weekend that she had stepped down from the position.
For the time being, Fort Campbell will be keeping things in the family, literally. Bambi Caldwell’s husband, Rich, will step into the AD’s role for the 2025-2026 school year.
In February, Bambi Caldwell was voted the Second Region Athletic Administrator of the Year by the region’s athletic directors.
Fort Campbell will be seeking someone to fill the role of Assistant Athletic Director for the Falcon sports programs.
