A split of the day Tuesday at Elk Fork Country Club in Elkton. Noah Rager shot a sizzling round to take medalist honors while Butler County took the team competition as the Rebels and Bears took to the course for a head-to-head match.
Rager finished his day with a nine-hole round of 34 to claim first place. That score was two shots better than Cooper Embery, of Butler County, who took second place.
In the team competition, Butler County ended up with a 177, while the Rebels shot a 191 for the afternoon.
