The Hopkins County Central Storm now take aim at the start of the regular season next week. Central finished off the soccer preseason Tuesday evening with a 5-2 home pitch win over Webster County.
The win for the Storm comes on the heels of a 4-1 scrimmage win on the road last week at Graves County.
Riley Dunlap had a big night for the Storm against the Trojans, scoring all five goals.
Jude Mitchell finished with two assists, while Seth Pullam and Brennan Scott had one each.
Hopkins County Central will officially open the season August 14 on the road at Todd County Central.
