It is one of those things that she will remember for quite some time. Mady Brown’s hole-in-one carried her to a second place finish Monday in a three-way match between Madisonville-North Hopkins, Hopkins County Central, and Ohio County at the Madisonville Country Club.
Brown got her ace on the third hole and finished her round with a score of 44. That score placed her four shots behind the medalist for the day, Briar Verde, of Ohio County.
Harper Frizzell and Emma Duncan, of Madisonville-North Hopkins, and Lainey Reynolds, of Ohio County, finished in a three-way tie for third with rounds of 49.
