A third place finish for the Madisonville-North Hopkins Maroons golf team at their own invitational Monday. The event took place at the Madisonville Country Club.
The Maroons A team finished the day with a team score of 311. That score placed them 13 shots behind Marshall County, who took the team title. Franklin-Simpson was second at 309.
Treyson Raymer had the low score for the Maroons, shooting a 74. That score placed him in a tie for second place. Jake Witherspoon was next for the Maroons, three shots back with a 77.
