Cruz Egbert finished in a tie for 33rd place at Saturday’s Graves County Invitational at Drake Creek Golf Club.
The Heritage Christian Academy freshman shot an 8-over par 80. After a 43 on the front nine, Egbert was dialed in on the back nine with two birdies as part of a 37.
Bardstown’s Chase Huff took first place with a 3-under par 69, one shot better than McCracken County teammates Landon Hunt and Tanner Kight and Marshall County’s Ryan Stokes.
