The Todd County Rebels soccer team went into their Tuesday evening game against the Logan County Cougars looking for their first win, and that is exactly what they were able to get.
Both goals that the Rebels scored in the first half came from Spencer Pool headers that were assisted by Sam Perez. As a result, Todd County went into halftime with a 2-1 lead. They were able to score one more goal in the second half that secured the 3-1 win.
The goal came from a penalty kick from John Ross Cardwell that was enough to give the Rebels their first win of the season after three straight losses.
They will be looking to start a win streak in their next game on Saturday, August 23, at home against Clinton County, who is also without a win. The game is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m.
