Central’s lone goal of the night came when Riley Dunlap scored off an assist from Cohl Hoard.

Hopkins County Central improves to 3-0 on the season and now gets ready for their crosstown battle Monday night with the Madisonville-North Hopkins Maroons.

Trigg County falls to 1-2 with the loss. Both Wildcat losses have been by scores of 1-0. Trigg will be back in action Monday evening on the road at the Stadium of Champions to take on the Christian County Colonels.
