Playing in the All A championship game Friday evening in Eddyville apparently had very little carryover effect on the UHA Lady Blazers Saturday morning. UHA got a big day from keeper Madison Williams as the Lady Blazers blanked South Warren 4-0 Saturday morning at Givens Field.

The win was the 4th straight for the Lady Blazers to open the 2025 season.

Kendall Hancock got the Lady Blazers rolling right out of the game. Hancock had a first half hat trick, scoring goals at 13:30, 26:00, and 38:00. Gracie Ausenbaugh assisted on two of the scores, Skyler Cantrell on the other.

Audrey Perry scored the game’s only goal of the second half at the 55:00 mark.

Madison Williams slammed the door on the Lady Spartan attack, finishing the match with 11 saves.

UHA improves to 4-0 on the season. The Lady Blazers are now off until next Saturday morning when they go to the Stadium of Champions for an 8th District matchup against the Hopkinsville Lady Tigers.
