Offensive struggles continue to plague the Lyon County Lyons on the soccer pitch. Muhlenberg County picked up its fourth win of the season and its third shutout as the Mustangs cruised to a 7-0 homefield win over the Lyons Friday night.
The loss was the fifth straight for the Lyons, and it was the fourth straight time the Lyons have been shut out in the early part of the season.
Lyon County (0-5) will look for its first win of the season Tuesday night when the Lyons host Webster County at Lee S. Jones Park.
