The Franklin-Simpson girls’ soccer team recorded its sixth shutout of the season to remain undefeated with an 8-0 victory over visiting Todd County Central on Tuesday. The Lady Wildcats moved to 2-0 in district play and dropped the Lady Rebels to a second district defeat.
Addy McKinney’s hat trick led the attack for Franklin-Simpson, followed by Kami Steward with two goals, and Lilly Ferguson, MacKenzie Davidson, and Kaylee Barrow with a goal each. Cecilia Huggins made four saves to earn her sixth shutout of the season.

Todd Central slipped to 1-3 ahead of a visit from Caldwell County on Thursday. The Lady Rebels have lost all five previous meetings with the Lady Tigers.
Franklin-Simpson will put its perfect record on the line on Wednesday when the Lady Wildcats hit the road to face 5-0 Glasgow.
