Hopkinsville had a pair of runners compete at Saturday’s Fenton Dawson Memorial Cross Country Invitational in Cadiz.
Lauren Mayes came in 7th place as she traversed the 3.1-mile course at a time of 23:05. Luanna Acree was 77th with a time of 36.:02.
Two other runners were unable to compete because of a Saturday morning Lady Tigers soccer match.
Murray’s Jade Green won the race in a time of 21:26.
