Sending six freshmen to the starting line, Todd County Central came in eighth place at the Trigg County Fenton Dawson Memorial Cross Country Invitational on Saturday in Cadiz.
Kyra Pancescu was the first Lady Rebel to finish as she crossed the tape in 36th place with a time of 26:01 over the 3.1-mile course.
Annabella Tobar was 48th and 28:34, and Cara Higgins was 49th and 28:55.
Myelle Darden came in 53rd place in 29:40, with Joley Beth Cardwell, 66th in 31:58, and Dayton Powell, 75th in 34:51.
Murray’s Jade Green took first place in a time of 21:26. Todd County Central’s team total of 183 was 34 points behind 7th-place Murray. Graves County took first place in the team standings.
