
Crittenden County continued its stronghold in the 5th District with a straight set win over Trigg County on Monday, 25-11, 25-21, and 25-7.
The victory was Crittenden’s 19th straight over Trigg County dating back to the 2017 season. The Lady Rockets also own a 22-match winning streak over district rival Livingston Central, including a four-set win earlier this season.
Cali Jones and Grace Carver each had three kills for the Lady Wildcats, while Chloe Adams served up seven assists and an ace. Sierra Williams added three kills and three assists, and Lilah Booth kept busy with 10 digs.
Crittenden County (4-5) will play at Heritage Christian Academy on Thursday in a rematch of last year’s All A Region championship won by the Lady Rockets.
Trigg County (0-4) will play at Calloway County on Thursday in a Class 2A Sectional contest.
