
After working to get numbers to field a team this season, the Heritage Christian Academy Warriors hit the road for the first time this season and to play their second match of the year as they took on the Muhlenberg County Mustangs.
Muhlenberg County had four different players find the night as the Mustangs took an 8-0 win over HCA.
Brock Guffy led the way for the Mustangs, who won their third straight match, with three goals. Kam Gettings and Lincoln Drury added two goals each for Muhlenberg.
Heritage Christian’s Cayden Nowak ended the match with 8 saves in goal.
HCA (0-2) gets back to work Thursday when the Warriors go on the road to take on Lyon County.
