After struggling to put points on the board for the first couple of weeks of the season, the Fort Campbell Falcon offense got to flying high Friday night. The Falcons put 50 or more points on the board for the second straight year in the Army Bowl as Fort Campbell rolled the Fort Knox Eagle 55-18.
The Falcons were led by Keshawn Dixon who had 19 carries for 230 yards and 5 TD’s. Dixon also had 1 catch for 16 yards.
JP Perryman also had a big night with 5 catches for 55 yards and 2 TD’s. Perryman also intercepted 2 passes on defense, returning one to the Fort Knox 5 yard line.
Levi Kruse also caught a 32 yard TD pass.
The Falcons now lead the series 33-16 and have won 4 times in a row.
The Falcons are now 1-2 on the season and will host Hopkins County next Friday at Fryar Stadium.
