The Fort Campbell Lady Falcons took the first step Friday night towards a berth in the All A Classic state volleyball tournament. The Lady Falcons won their third straight match, knocking off Livingston Central in straight sets in a quarterfinal round game of the 2nd Region All A Classic volleyball tournament on the Lady Cardinals’ home floor.
The Lady Falcons won the opening set over the Lady Cardinals by a score of 25-17. Fort Campbell then completed the sweep with a 25-20 win in the second set.
With the win, the Lady Falcons improve to 5-1 and advance to Saturday’s second semifinal contest against University Heights Academy at 11am at Livingston Central.
The two teams just met on Tuesday night with the Lady Falcons taking a three sets to none win.
