A tough trip to Bowling Green Saturday for the Madisonville-North Hopkins Maroons. The Maroons fell to the Warren Central Dragons by the score of 8-0.
Six different Warren Central players scored in the match, led by Daniel Rivas and Mzaliwa Noel with two goals each.
The win was the 9th straight for the Dragons since a season-opening loss to Bowling Green. Five of the last six wins for Warren Central have been by shutout.
The Maroons will try to end a two-match skid Monday evening when they go on the road to take on Christian County.
