The Todd County Central girls’ cross country team produced a top-five finish at the Hopkins County Storm Invitational on Saturday just outside of Mortons Gap.
The Lady Rebels totaled 119 points to finish 35 points behind fourth-place Hopkinsville and 15 points ahead of the host school.
The first runner across the line for Todd County Central was freshman Kyra Pancescu, who completed the 3.1-mile course in a personal best time of 25:36.
Myelle Darden came in 33rd place with a time of 28:35, and Lizzie Langley was 34th in 28:52.
Annabella Tobar was 40th in 29:13, while her teammate Kara Higgins was nine seconds behind her in 41st place. Joley Beth Cardwell came in 49th place with a time of 30:44.
