University Heights Academy bounced back from a loss in the championship game of the 2nd Region All A Classic on Saturday to post a 3-0 triumph at Hopkins County Central on Monday.
The Lady Blazers rolled to a 25-13, 25-15, 25-15 victory.
UHA (5-7) got six kills and a solo block from Niyati Patel. Meg Long added five kills and a block.
Gretchen Durham totaled 24 assists, four kills and seven aces while Niyona Brown had four kills and two aces.
Lillian Burcham recorded four kills and two solo blocks. Audrey Lovell had three kills and three aces. Cassie Keller added two kills, five digs and an ace.
Hopkins Central (1-9) got three kills from both Izzy Gunn and Aalycia Stringer. Stringer added eight digs while Gunn had four digs and two aces.
Mallory Wagoner had two kills. Tori Crick had four digs and three assists.
University Heights has an 8th District match on Tuesday when it hosts Hopkinsville.
Hopkins Central plays at home again Tuesday when it faces Webster County.
