
Hopkinsville claimed an 11-shot victory in a three-team golf match Tuesday at the Hopkinsville Golf and Country Club.
Hoptown’s Matt Baker shot the low score of the day with a 40. Isaiah Wood carded a 43, followed by Ryan Martin (46), Sam Riggs (49), and Henry Riggs (52).
Logan County finished in second place as Mason Hancock led the Cougars with a 43. Jackson Williams and Collin Jackson each shot a 46, followed by Kasper Burchett (54) and Sam Bruner (55).
Drew Fincham led Christian County with a 43, followed by Clayton Dixon (48), Chris Adcock and Cansler Wells with a 50, and Reed Ezell’s 53.
Hopkinsville’s team score of 178 was 11 shots better than Logan County and 13 shots better than Christian County.
