The University Heights Blazers soccer team went into their game against the Calloway County Lakers on Thursday evening looking for their fourth win in a row, and they were able to do just that due in no small part to some great play from Hayden Hunt.
He had two goals on the day, while Cal Givens and Hugh Sisk had the other two. The Blazers took a 3-1 lead into the halftime break, and they were able to score another goal to secure their 4-2 victory, which is their eighth of the season.
As for the defensive side, goalkeeper Hayden Fitzsimmons had three saves over the course of the game.
The Blazers will look to continue their win streak against the Fort Campbell Falcons on Monday, September 15. The game is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. at Fort Campbell High School.
