
A pair of teams looking for their first wins of the soccer season got together Tuesday night on the pitch at the Stadium of Champions. The Christian County Colonels, who had scored just four goals coming into Tuesday night, got seven goals from Noah Davis and ran past Heritage Christian Academy 11-4.
Dakari Harris scored two goals in the first five minutes of the match to put the Colonels up 2-0.
Noah Davis scored a penalty kick at 10:30 to kick off a run of three straight goals over seven minutes as the lead grew to 5-0.

Kallan Davis broke open on a run for Heritage Christian and found the net at 25:30 to cut the lead to 5-1.
Just seconds later, Kevin Galvan to get the lead back to 6-1. Noah Davis scored his fourth goal of the night at 29:40 to move things out to 7-1.
Christian County got the second half started with Dakari Harris scoring off an assist from Cooper Fort to extend the lead to 8-1.
Kallan Davis scored his second goal of the night for the Warriors at 50:15, cutting the lead to 8-2. HCA’s John Spurling added a goal at 61:30 as the Warriors trimmed the lead further to 8-3.

Christian County then locked down the win with three goals from Noah Davis and an own goal to get to the final margin.
Christian County goes to 1-8 with the win. The Colonels are back in action Thursday when they host the Hopkinsville Tigers.
Heritage Christian (0-6) hits the road Thursday to take on Trigg County.
