The Madisonville-North Hopkins Maroons soccer team went into their Tuesday evening matchup with the Henderson County Colonels looking to bounce back from a loss in their lost game. Unfortunately, they were not able to do that, as they lost in a very close battle.

They lost 1-0, which means that in each of their last two games, they have not been able to score a goal. And as a result, they have lost both games, and have been unable to get their sixth win of the year.

Adam Devine was able to get a handful of saves over the course of the game, but it was not enough, as the team’s offense could not capitalize on any of their opportunities.

They will be looking to bounce back in their next game on Saturday, September 20, against the McCracken County Mustangs on the road. The game is scheduled to begin at 12:30 p.m.
