The University Heights Lady Blazers were looking to keep their win streak going on Thursday evening against the Christian County Lady Colonels, and they were able to do just that with a mercy rule.
Kendall Hancock led the way for the Lady Blazers, as she was red-hot with five goals over the course of the game. Cecilia Langhi, Gracie Ausenbaugh, and Katelynn Gibson also contributed goals of their own to help the team finish the game off 8-0 in the early stages of the second half.
As for the Lady Colonels, NeZiyah Bell had 19 saves throughout the game despite the loss. But there were only so many shots she could save, as UHA was able to get some shots past her to win the game.
