Union County had a pair of top 20 finishes at Saturday’s Logan County Cougar Run in Russellville, helping the Bravettes to ninth place.
A pair of freshmen led the way for the Bravettes on the 3.1-mile course that will also host the Class 2A Region Meet later this month.
Isabella Graham crossed the finish line in 15th place in 22:57, while Kinslee Gray was 26th in 24:34.
Junior Audrey Burgess was 27th in 24:25, and Addison Thomas was 55th in 26:30.
Lilliana Owen came in 100th place in 33:54, and Ada Hunter was 102nd in 35:28.
Union County’s ninth-place finish was 87 points ahead of 10th-place Crittenden County and 11 points behind eighth-place Hopkinsville.
Webster County’s Mayci Moore won the race in 20:14.
