Caldwell County’s young soccer team is showing improvement as it gears up to host the 7th District tournament next week.
The Tigers are 5-9, but own wins over Graves County and Fort Campbell this week heading into Thursday’s regular-season finale at home against Lyon County.
Sophomore Colin Turmero has exploded for 10 goals this week, with seven of those coming in Tuesday’s 7-6 win over Fort Campbell.
