It’s just one of those things in the sports world that you know is going to happen and there is not much that you can do to stop it. That being the Logan County Lady Cougars reaching the 13th District volleyball final.
It happened again Monday night as the Lady Cougars flew past Russellville in straight sets.
The series between Logan and Russellville has been more than one-side, it has been dominated by the Lady Cougars. With the three sets won by Logan County Monday night, the Lady Cougars have now won 152 sets in a row against the Lady Panthers, dating all the way back to September 11, 2004.
Russellville has one just one time in the series, that coming back in September 2002.

Logan County started the night by scoring the first 41 points of the match, winning the opening set 25-0 and taking a 16-0 lead in the second. The Lady Cougars would go on to take the set 25-3 to go up two sets to none.
Russellville had some moments in the final set but it was just too much Lady Cougars as Logan County completed the sweep with a 25-9 win.
Logan County got big nights from Ashley McIntosh, Kaylee Rye, Caroline Ham, and Kirsten Harris.
