The Crittenden County cheer squad finished in seventh place at the KHSAA Region 1 Cheer Competition on Saturday at McCracken County.
Crittenden competed in the Game Day Small Division, which requires squads to have 5-19 cheerleaders.
Crittenden County’s score was 65.80, which was one point from a top-five finish and 6.5 points out of a state qualifying spot.
It was the first time Crittenden County competed in the Game Day Small Division since the KHSAA began sanctioning cheerleading in 2013.
