The Madisonville-North Hopkins Maroons had three strong quarters Monday evening as they knocked off the Fort Campbell Falcons in the preseason finale for both teams in Madisonville.
The Maroon offense was clicking in the first quarter as Madisonville outscored Fort Campbell 24-13.
Madisonville opened the second quarter on a 9-0 run and went on to take the quarter 15-6.
Coming out of the break, the Maroons took the 3rd quarter, as the Falcons pushed them to the end of the quarter, 15-11.
Fort Campbell then came back to take the final quarter, 14-9, to close out the scrimmage.
