Hoptown’s Bradley, Jackson Earn All-District Honors

A pair of Hopkinsville Tigers have earned postseason honors from the Kentucky Football Coaches Association.

James Bradley Jr. was named the Class 6A, District 1 Player of the Year, while Foster Jackson was named the Class 6A, District 1 Lineman of the Year.

Bradley Jr. entered Thanksgiving week as the top scorer in the state with 226 points, or 18.8 per game. He rushed for 25 touchdowns, caught six TDs, had two returns on special teams, and added a pick-six. The senior back also ran for 11 two-point conversions.

In 2025, Bradley Jr. ran for 1,466 yards and added 19 catches for 398 yards.

Other Region 1, District 1 players of the year were Zayden Kinney, Fulton County (1A, D1); Caden Howard, Crittenden County (2A, D1); Wyatt Robbins, Murray (3A, D1); Avery Thompson, Paducah Tilghman (4A, D1), and Markezz Hightower, Madisonville-North Hopkins (5A, D1).

Jackson, meanwhile, played center for the Hopkinsville offense that averaged 38.2 points a game, ran for 162 yards, and passed for 191 yards per game.

Jackson was also Hopkinsville’s leading tackler on defense with 105 tackles, including 60 solo tackles and nine for loss.

Other players named District Linemen of the Year by the coaches were Drake Thorpe, Fulton County (1A, D1), Ashton Rodgers, Mayfield (2A, D1), Ryan Walls, Murray (3A, D1), Ben Myers, Paducah Tilghman (4A, D1), and J.W. Muster, Owensboro (5A, D1).
