Kendall Hancock has placed her name firmly in the soccer record books of both University Heights Academy and the Second Region. Next year, she looks to put her name at the top.

The junior was named All-State Honorable Mention by the Kentucky High School Soccer Coaches Association, joining her teammate Audrey Perry with honorable mention nods.

Hancock set a school record with 56 goals scored during the 2025 season, eclipsing the old mark of 53 set by Lilly Strader in her sophomore season of 2016.

She scored a goal in 19 of UHA’s 23 games and had either a goal or an assist in 21 games.

Hancock will enter her senior season with 148 goals, which is second in school history and sixth in region history.

She needs 30 goals to pass Strader for tops in the UHA record book and 52 goals to become only the second region player to score 200 career goals. Henderson County’s Maddie Griggs scored 217 goals from 2015-18.

Her 51 career assists rank second in school history behind her teammate Audrey Perry (100) and are 15th in region history.

Hancock has scored a goal in 56 of her 64 career games and has 60 games with either a goal or an assist. She also strung together 31 straight games with a point.

In her storied career that ended as a member of the Murray State University soccer team, Strader scored a goal in 64 games as a Lady Blazer and had 18 straight games with a point.

Hancock has 28 career hat tricks, six behind Strader’s school record of 34.
