One night after pulling out a tight contest against the Dawson Springs Panthers, the Todd County Central Rebels were on the road for the second time this week. The Rebels were at Muhlenberg County taking part in the Farmers Bank and Trust Tipoff Classic.
Offensive struggles were the story of the night for the Rebels as Muhlenberg County took a 66-38 win. The 38 points was the lowest offensive output in the first three games of the season for Todd County Central.
The Rebels don’t have much time to look back at the loss to the Mustangs. Todd County Central caps off a busy opening week of four games Saturday afternoon when they host the Hancock County Hornets.
Hancock is 2-0 with a pair of big early wins over Brown and Cannelton.
