Falcons Finish in 15th Place at Coyote Classic

Fort Campbell finished in 15th place at the West Creek Coyote Wrestling Classic on Saturday in Clarksville.

Eithan Cassell came in third place in the 144-pound class. He lost to Christian County’s Dane Miller in the semifinals but bounced back to get a pair of wins and reach the medal podium.

Ryker Kramer went 2-2 in the 113-pound class. He won his first two matches but lost his next two, with his final one a sudden-death defeat.

Jayden Perry was 2-2 at 138 as he won his first two matches but dropped his next two.

Andy Cintron went one and two in the 120-pound class, and Ethan Gilmore posted a 1-2 record at 126.

Luis Nunez went 1-2 in the 150-pound class, and Jaeden Carolina went 2-2 at 215.

Also wrestling for Fort Campbell were Ryder Hopper at 106, Brayden Swinford at 132, Jael Obando at 157, Enrique Messer Cruz at 165, Isaiah Messer Cruz at 175, Karson McClellan at 190, and Jaxson Dernocoeur at 285.

Fort Campbell finished in 15th place in the 27-team field with 54.5 points
