
Heritage Christian Academy had 12 archers shoot a personal best score at Saturday’s Trigg County Arrowcat Holiday Classic.
Kate Smith was the top girls’ archer for HCA with a personal best score of 277, which was good for sixth place in the division.
Presley Cole shot a 263 to finish in 41st place, while Grace Kelly shot a 248 to finish in 70th place. Georgia Mitchell (224) finished in 108th place, Abby Williams (221) finished in 113th place, Kadence Lunsford (191) was 143rd, Iris Gao (191) was 144th, and Emeline Stokes (186) was 146th.
Marshall County’s Emmalee Downs (287) and Kenna Wilcox (285) finished 1-2 in the individual standings.
Jace Ritli had the top score for the guys with a 267, good for 30th place.
Tyler Carpenter (251) finished in 63rd place, Johnathan Allard (247) finished 72nd, Kollin Stokes (246) was 77th, Colton Marshall (218) was 116th, Levi Cornelius (210) was 123rd, Christian Powell (199) was 137th, Jon Tyler Zordel (189) finished in 150th place, Will Carter (157) was 165th, Tristan Heltsley (129) was 171st, Drew Newton (116) was 174th, Colton Struble (110) was 177th, and Richard Roberts (83) was 182nd.
Marshall County’s Caden Hibbins shot a 289 to take first place, while his teammate Shane Wenzel was second with the same 289 score.
The top 12 scores are used for the team total, with at least four guys and four girls included.
Heritage Christian Academy’s team score of 2,871 was good for seventh place.
