The Dawson Springs Panthers were looking to build on their last win going into their game against Jackson County at the Cumberland Falls Classic. But they were unable to do so, and they went down to the Generals 79-53.

This was the first time that the two teams have ever faced off, so it was hard for the Panthers to scout for a team that they have never played before.

The Generals are also a very solid team, as they now have a 7-4 record so far this season, while the Panthers have a 2-7 record.

This was the third-lowest mark of the season so far in terms of points for Dawson Springs with 53, so that is definitely one thing that they will be looking to improve on in their next game at the event held at Corbin.

They will need to bring their A-game in their next contest, as they will be facing off with the host team of the invitational in Corbin, who only had one more win so far this season than the Panthers do.

This will be the first meeting between the two teams, and their game is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.
