CHRISTIAN COUNTY HALL OF FAME – Brandon Oldham

Brandon Oldham, a 2002 Christian County graduate who starred in basketball and track. Brandon passed away on September 28, 2025. Standing in his honor is his wife, Shayla, and his son, Brandon II. They are joined by other family members.

Brandon scored 1202 career points in 113 games as a 4 year starter in basketball. In his senior year, the Colonel basketball team won the region and made a trip to Rupp Arena. Brandon was named to the All-Region team in that 2002 season.

On the track, he set seven relay records and helped his team to capture a state championship in the 4 x 400 relay.

Brandon attended Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN on a basketball scholarship and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. He was employed by United Southern Bank for 18 years.

Brandon, and his wife Shayla and have 5 children, Breon Oldham, Shaylexyia Oldham, Brandon Oldham II, Jamarius McKnight, and Alayah Lander. His parents are Leon and Linda Oldham.
