Sebastian Dazey Commits to Spaulding University

Sebastian Dazey, who has elevated his game over the past two seasons for Christian County, has committed to continue his baseball career at Spaulding University in Louisville.

CCHS head coach Cole Isom announced Dazey’s decision on social media this week.

Dazey has been solid both at the plate and on the mound for the Colonels over the past two seasons. He is a career .322 hitter with four home runs and 34 runs knocked in. As a junior in 2025, Dazey hit .337 with two homers and 14 RBI.

On the mound, Dazey has a career record of 4-1 with three saves and an ERA of 2.19. He has 69 strikeouts in 51.1 innings pitched. Last year, he was 1-0 with three saves and an ERA of 0.98.

Spaulding is an NCAA Division III school that competes in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. The Golden Eagles were 28-14 in 2025.
