Hopkinsville football player Steve Koon was inducted into the Hopkinsville High Athletic Hall of Fame on Friday.
Koon was part of Hopkinsville’s “Fearsome Foursome” backfield in 1965, averaging 5.5 yards per carry his senior season, and played linebacker. He signed to play college football at the University of Kentucky and later played for the Green Bay Packers.
Receiving the award for the late Steve Koon was his brother Tom.
